- All fixtures will be rewired with new sockets and wire. They will be ul labeled. If an item cannot be ul labeled customers will be advised of this at time of sale.
- Most sconces shown are without coverplates. When rewiring, a backplate will be provided that best harmonizes with the sconce and will cover a standard electrical box. In some instances, we may need to know the type of j-box and size opening currently in place.

- All finishes are carefully examined by our restorers, cleaned and where possible small stains or discolorations are removed and/or blended to harmonize with the aged finish.

- In the process of restoration any flawed or damaged parts will be repaired or replaced as found necessary.

- Our craft shop has extensive restoration experience. All restoration is done carefully and in a manner that will not compromise the value of a piece.
- Antiques and vintage fixtures inherently have some blemishes, wear and discolorations from age and handling. Crystals may have some small chips or markings. Such minor marks are the nature of antiques and does not effect the value of the item. Severely damaged or missing crystal will be replaced.

- Our craft shop has the capacity to modify any of the fixtures shown. We have the ability to modify finishes such as refinish brass to nickel plate. We can make changes to crystal such as providing rock or strass crystal or add crystal to fixtures that currently do not have any. We can also modify mountings to meet your special requirements. - Packing and handling charges may apply depending on fragility, size and destination. Orders that can not be picked up at our chicago facility can be shipped or delivered. These costs and options will be discussed at the time the order is processed and the final shipping destination is provided.
