Return Policy

 

All orders are special orders and are not returnable for any reason.  Please contact customer service if added information is needed prior to making your final selections.   

Damaged Merchandise 

 

Any and all damage must be reported within 10 days or receipt of your product.  If a storage company or moving outfit is handling your product the same time frames apply.  In some cases, fragile goods will require immediate inspection at time of pick up or at delivery. 

Visible damage should be reported to the carrier or freight company at the time of receipt and claim needs to be made with them.  Concealed damage reported timely is to be handled with our customer service department who will provide specific direction based on your situation.  Save all packing and boxes.  

 

If customer service determines the merchandise must be return for replacement or repair, the following guidelines must be followed: 

• *The goods must be in their original cartons and have not been installed.  Items should be inspected prior to having them installed. 
• *Goods must be returned by United Parcel Service, Fed Ex or other common carrier.  Do not use the United States Postal Service.
• *Goods must be professionally packed to prevent further damage otherwise no credit will be given.
• *All returns must include a Return Authorization Form provided by our customer service department outlining the terms and conditions.
• *The customer is responsible for his or her returned goods until they are in our possession.  Items lost or stolen by the carrier you select.  All claims and refunds could only be made to you.  It is important to save your tracking # and receipts to make a claim when necessary.
• *The address location to ship back your goods will be identified on your Return Authorization Form.  Items should never be returned to the Vendors direct. 

 

 

Failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in a minimum restocking charge of 25% or in some cases no credit at all.
