Unilateral Minimum Price (UMP) – In a unilateral policy decision concerning the marketing and sale of its products, New Metal Crafts has determined that specified New Metal Crafts products should not be advertised, quoted or sold at a price less than the minimum price (UMP). Distributor accounts and trade members may provide a written request to obtain copy of the Unilateral Minimum Price Policy in effect. The UMP policy applies to price quotes, advertised prices and selling prices. The policy does not apply to in-store price tags or other in-store promotional materials.
